Returns & Refunds

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and take great care during our product development to ensure all products are packaged and packed in the most secure way.

It is very rare we receive any returns, however in the event a product arrives to you damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, we will investigate and are happy to discuss a replacement or refund.  Please contact the office directly within 5 days of receipt to report the issue, and we will discuss the best way forward.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer any products on a sale or return basis, or credit out of date stock.
