Terms and Conditions

Terms:

Standard terms are 30 days from the date of invoice. Merchandise is invoiced at the time of dispatch. All goods remain the property of Spencer and Fleetwood trading as Funtime Gifts until fully paid for.

New Account:

Initial opening orders must be over £150 and all new accounts must fill in the new customer registration form. It sometimes takes a while to open a credit account but not to worry if you are in a hurry payment by credit card is acceptable.

Pricing:

All prices are exclusive of VAT and wholesale quantities only. Unfortunately, prices are subject to change without prior notice. Whilst always trying very hard to avoid any price increases it is sometimes inevitable. Our sales team will, of course, endeavour to let you know of any alterations when your order is received.

Returns and E&O:

Best endeavours are always made to ensure the product you order is as it appears and as described in this catalogue. However, sometimes due to availability, variations may occur. Should you feel misled in any way Spencer and Fleetwood will be happy to take back any item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Should an item arrive damaged or in anyway not match your invoice, again inform us within 7 days for it to be rectified or replaced, whichever is appropriate. Our sales team will, of course, endeavour to let you know if there are any amendments when your order is received.
